Breakfast at the Inn
We prepare a fresh, full breakfast each morning for our guests. We take care to use quality ingredients, such as cage-free eggs, local produce, premium jellies, teas, juices, and coffee.
Each day we strive to serve a well-balanced breakfast, with a combination of the following: eggs, bacon, sausage, muffins, waffles, pancakes, fresh fruit salad, and when available, berry crisps for a nice breakfast dessert. You will never have the same breakfast twice during your visit, unless you request a repeat performance!
One of our signature dishes is our smoked Gouda with fresh rosemary frittata served hot from the oven. Sarah’s fresh fruit salad is always a big hit filled with strawberries, blueberries, oranges and more. We also serve apple wood smoked bacon, pumpkin spice muffins garnished with candied pepitas with our frittata.
Our hearty country breakfast is a favorite with Scott Station gravy, cooked the way your grandmother cooked gravy. Biscuits, tenderly scrambled eggs, whole-pork sausage links, and fruit salad round off this enjoyable start to the day.
We feature Trader Joe’s coffee and teas on our beverage table served piping hot in our Scott Station mugs which are hand made in American by Deneen Pottery.
